Specifications, prices, images and availability on this site are indicative. A binding offer exists only in a signed sales contract or pro-forma invoice issued by Souq Ore.
Quality and inspection
Purity, weight, grade and acceptance are settled by the inspection, assay or grading method named in the contract for that specific lot.
Compliance
Each party must comply with export, import, sanctions, Kimberley Process (for rough diamonds) and anti-money-laundering law. Souq Ore may suspend any transaction where compliance cannot be confirmed.
Intellectual property and liability
Site content belongs to Souq Ore. To the extent permitted by law, Souq Ore is not liable for decisions made on website content alone, outside a signed contract.
