Most sellers bury their return terms. We print ours, because a buyer who knows the exit trusts the entrance. Precious minerals cannot be resold like retail goods, so the rules are strict. They bind us just as firmly.

Individually priced crystals (SKU SOTZR) may be returned within 14 days of delivery to any GCC country or Jordan, provided:

The crystal is unaltered: not cut, polished, heated, repaired or mounted.
It is returned in original packaging with its SKU label and documents.
Return shipping and insurance are paid by the buyer unless the item was misdescribed.

Wholesale lots: seal integrity

Gold doré, rough diamond and copper lots are returnable only for a proven specification failure, and only if the original seals, packing and document set are intact or were opened under the agreed joint inspection.

Evidence we require

The inspection or assay report under the contractual method, photographs of seals before opening, and the packing list.

Return logistics

Approved returns travel back under the same secure-carrier class and insurance standard as the outbound shipment. If the fault is ours, we pay every return cost.
