SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy: documented delivery to your hub

Every lot leaves Dar es Salaam or Nairobi under sealed, insured custody and lands at a GCC or Jordan customs hub with its document file complete before uplift.

Initiate due diligence

Carriers

High-value shipments are moved by a specialist secure-logistics carrier of the Brinks, Malca-Amit or G4S class, appointed per contract.

Destination hubs

Kuwait (KWI), Oman (MCT), Bahrain (BAH), Qatar (DOH), Saudi Arabia (RUH, JED), UAE (DXB) and Jordan (AMM).

Documents

Each consignment carries an itemized commercial invoice, packing list, export permit and airway bill. Rough-diamond consignments also carry a Kimberley Process certificate.

Duties and clearance

Import duty and VAT are confirmed per HS code with the buyer's licensed clearing agent. Jordan applies its national tariff.

Insurance and risk

Transit insurance and the point at which risk passes are defined by the contract Incoterm.

Where this page and a signed Souq Ore sales contract differ, the signed contract governs.

Questions buyers ask

How long does delivery take?
Transit is usually short once permits clear; the full timeline is driven by export clearance and is confirmed per lot.
Do you deliver beyond the airport?
Yes. Vault or premises delivery can be arranged through the appointed carrier where the contract provides for it.
