Mineral: Tanzanite (blue-violet zoisite)

This large beautiful Tanzanite Crystal has a deep violet blue color and very good looking crystal structure. A gemmy mineral crystal with big size, which looks amazing when back lit. This crystal was heated because its natural color was very dark, and heating not only turned it into a beautiful blue violet color, but also lightened it up a bit. You can see the original natural color in the last photo in hand. A great display crystal for anyone who loves big tanzanite gemstones, jewelry, or crystals.
